this machine is used to binding the engine stator coil ,applicable for various wires binding methods,and equipped with tension controller to adjust the tightness degree of binding wires.

Featurel:

1) The whole mechanical structure,durable,and it is very convenient to repair and replace different engine stators.

2) Either full-slot binding or electrical insulation slot binding can be set.

3) High binding speed,which can reach up to 220RPM.

Positioning mode:

Either internal positioning or external positioning is available,with additional clamping device.

Applicable scope:

Electric enginers of Y series, electric engines of generators, electric engines of washing machine, air conditioning ,water pump, compressors, electric engines of fan, also applicable to the copper wires, aluminum wires and some special wires.
